"Norol Hamiza Zamzuri hold a Phd in Management from Universiti Putra Malaysia in 2016 and actively involves in event management research. Her research areas are event sustainability, social innovation, event’s technology and other related areas in management. She was involved as academic committee for the establishment of Degree in Event Management in 2006, Faculty of Business and Management, Universiti Teknologi MARA . She also has wide experience in conducting qualitative research. She has been teaching qualitative research methodology and has contributed a number of articles in journals and chapters in the book. "
