Once you have registered online, you may make the payment through our online payment gateway.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests for delegates who have registered for SBF 2024 must be submitted in writing via email to the Secretariat at enquiries@sustainablebrandsforum.com

All cancellation requests will be handled on a discretionary basis. Upon acceptance of the cancellation, refunds are applicable according to the following timeline:

  • Cancellation BEFORE 15th August 2024 - 50% Refund
  • Cancellation ON or AFTER 15th August 2024 - No Refund

All bank services charges / convenience fee / administration fees / Taxes will be deducted from all congress registration refunds.

Disclaimer

  • The organiser reserves the right to alter the programme without notice including the substitution, alteration and cancellation of speakers and/or topics and/or the alteration of the dates of the event.

  • The organiser is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result substitution, alteration, postponement or cancellation of an event.

  • In the event of insufficient participation, the organiser reserves the right to cancel any of the conferences or seminars advertised above. Participants who have paid up will be refunded in full after event.
