With two decades of corporate experience, Tengku Adrinna has built her expertise in investor relations and corporate finance across diverse sectors. She was the pioneering team behind entrepreneurship capacity-building programmes for micro and small businesses, with a focus on inclusive and sustainable community impact. Drawing on this background, she bridges stakeholder expectations with corporate accountability and ESG integration, ensuring sustainability is embedded across the business. She is committed to advancing sustainable business practices and creating long-term value across environmental, social, and governance areas. Under her leadership, AEON has been listed in the FTSE4Good Bursa Malaysia Index since 2022 and currently holds a 4-Star ESG rating.
