Dr. Becky Low brings over 30 years of global and regional leadership experience spanning multiple industries, where she has led business, technology and HR transformations, compliance, and M&A initiatives for multinational companies including TikTok, Facebook, Bloomberg, BHP Billiton, Huawei, and Foster’s Group. Her strategic work has impacted operations across more than 100 countries. A recognized thought leader and sought-after board advisor, Dr. Becky specializes in aligning people strategies with business objectives, championing inclusivity, and driving innovation across organizations. In recognition of her impactful community work in Hong Kong, she was named a Bloomberg Philanthropies Ambassador in 2018. In 2024, she was appointed to the UUM OYAGSB Advisory Board and honored with the Successful DBA Alumni Award. She is currently nominated as the Secretary General of the Malaysia Independent Non-Executive Director Association (MINED) and serves as the Malaysia Country Chair for Humanity, Technology & Innovation under the G100 global network. At the World Economic Forum ASEAN 2025, Dr. Becky was recognized with the Exceptional Women of Excellence Award by the Founder and President, acknowledging her continued leadership and influence across the region.
