Sarah Noble Head, Group Corporate Sustainability QI Group

Sarah Noble is the Head of Group Corporate Sustainability at QI Group, where she leads the Group's Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) strategy, governance framework and implementation across its global businesses spanning direct selling, education, hospitality and investments. She is responsible for driving QI Group's sustainability agenda, including ESG governance, responsible supply chains, stakeholder engagement, policy development and reporting. Sarah works closely with senior leadership and the Board to embed sustainability into business strategy, strengthen governance and support long-term value creation. She also represents QI Group in regional and global sustainability initiatives, including the United Nations Global Compact and the World Economic Forum Chief Sustainability Officers Community, contributing to ESG dialogue, knowledge exchange and responsible business collaboration. Prior to joining QI Group, Sarah was a Manager with PwC Southeast Asia Consulting, based in the Malaysia office, where she advised multinational corporations, financial institutions and listed companies on ESG strategy, climate risk, sustainability reporting and responsible business practices across Southeast Asia. Sarah is a GRI Certified Sustainability Professional and ICAgile Certified Professional and holds a Bachelor of Business and Commerce (Honours) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business and Commerce from Monash University. She is also a regular speaker at sustainability forums and actively contributes to industry collaborations that advance responsible business and ESG practices. Beyond her professional responsibilities, Sarah enjoys giving back to the community through volunteer and welfare initiatives, reflecting her belief that sustainability extends beyond the workplace.
