Nadjme Yusuf is the Head of Sustainability at PETRONAS Dagangan Berhad (PDB), where he leads the company’s sustainability strategy and ESG agenda, embedding environmental, social, and governance principles into business operations, decision-making, and long-term value creation. With over a decade of experience across the energy, transportation, infrastructure, and financial services sectors, he has extensive expertise in sustainability governance, ESG performance management, sustainability reporting, assurance, stakeholder engagement, and sustainable finance. He has held strategic roles at PETRONAS Downstream, Shell Malaysia, MMC-Gamuda MRT, Bank Pembangunan Malaysia Berhad, and Affin Bank, driving risk management division and sustainability initiatives across diverse industries. At PDB, Ahmad plays a key role in strengthening sustainability governance, enhancing disclosure quality, and driving continuous improvement in the company’s ESG performance, including its FTSE4Good. Bursa Malaysia Index rating and sustainability assurance initiatives. He has also been actively involved in the National Sustainability Reporting Framework (NSRF), contributing his expertise to sustainability disclosures and reporting practices that support greater transparency, accountability, and alignment with evolving national and international sustainability reporting expectations.
