Micole is a Principal at Ipsos Strategy3 and leads the ESG Practice for Ipsos Malaysia. With over 20 years of research and consulting experience, she has delivered high-impact engagements for governments and multinational organisations across local, regional, and global markets, specialising in sustainability strategy, go-to-market and brand strategy, and consumer insights. A GRI-certified sustainability professional, Micole has led a broad portfolio of ESG engagements that address sustainability challenges at both the corporate and national levels. Her work spans sustainable feedstock supply markets across Asia, the readiness of FMCG players to adopt plastic circularity models, and biodiversity conservation, including charting tiger conservation efforts in Malaysia. On the social and governance front, she has evaluated the effectiveness of Malaysia's legislative system in promoting gender equality and non-discrimination, and assessed the ESG awareness, involvement, and maturity of Malaysian SMEs. Most recently, she led a study on the role of supply chain financing in supporting SME decarbonisation. Beyond client work, Micole champions sustainability within her own organisation, having spearheaded the launch of its sustainability committee. She holds an MBA from Universiti Malaya.
