Dr. Sugumari Shanmugam, born in Perak Darul Ridzuan, has served as an Administrative and Diplomatic Officer (PTD) for nearly 29 years with dedication, integrity, professionalism, and excellence.
She currently serves as the Senior Director (PTD) of the ASEAN Economic Integration Division at the Ministry of Investment, Trade and Industry (MITI).
