A seasoned global marketer, Faith drives the APAC marketing Process Industries for Watson-Marlow Fluid Technology Solutions, a world leader in manufacturing peristaltic pumps and associated fluid path technologies for the life sciences and process industries. Faith brings over 20 years of experience in business development and marketing in leading cross-functional teams across diverse industries from media, education, trade fairs, healthcare to industrial. Faith helmed the international business of 2 leading hospitals in Malaysia and achieved international awards and double-digit revenue growth y-o-y.
Faith is recognized as the “Top 10 Marketing Leaders in APAC 2025” in MarTech outlook APAC. She was being awarded “Iconic Women Creating a Better World” by the India-ASEAN Business Council and Women's Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (WICCI) 2025 in empowering the traditional industries with AI and digital intervention.
Passionate in entrepreneurship and developing leaders, Faith was the panel speaker for 21st UNIDO General Conference 2025 held in Saudi for the session – “EmpowerHER: Mentorship, Networking, and the Future of Women's leadership in Industry”.
Faith is part of the executive leadership team of Harvard Alumni Entrepreneurs (HAE) HK Chapter.
